Upgrade your 2020+ Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500HD truck with the BDS 3 Inch FOX Coil-Over Conversion. This kit is designed to enhance your vehicle’s stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for 35″ tires. Equipped with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks made for increased travel and off-road durability, this kit is the perfect addition and eliminates the poor riding torsion bar front suspension for good.
In addition to replacing the factory torsion bars, the upper and lower control arms are upgraded to improve strength, travel, and accommodate the new coil-overs.
Fabricated from 1.5″ OD x .120-wall tubing, the new upper control arms are TIG welded and expertly crafted for maximum strength and durability. The lower control arms are also built with high strength steel and fully boxed with internal gusseting. This kit adheres to BDS’s engineering standard, providing superior ground clearance, offroad protection, and improved handling on the road by correcting suspension and steering geometry.
Featuring Fox 2.5 coil-over shocks, heavy duty tubular upper control arms, fully boxed and gusseted lower control arms, and multipiece differential relocation brackets, this kit offers a comprehensive front suspension lift. Along with provided sway bar links, supplied hardware, and other components, it is ready for any terrain. For the rear, BDS provides lift blocks that maintain ride quality and load capacity, as well as a u-bolt flip kit for maximum clearance. The rear also features specially tuned FOX 2.0 Performance Series or Performance Elite Series 2.5″ shocks for unparalleled off road performance.
FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs
FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-overs offer next level performance for on-road comfort and off-road comfort capability. Tuned and ready to install right out of the box, these bolt-on 2.5-inch diameter coil-overs are built for abuse and packed with race-proven technology. They include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep your shocks running cool so you can push the limits in the rough terrain.
DSC Adjustment
FOX Performance Elite 2.5 coil-overs come standard with DSC (dual speed compression) adjustment to tune the high-speed and low-speed compression damping allowing for added control on-road with the ability to easily dial in more aggressive damping offroad. Tuning is a simple twist of the two clearly defined knobs with immediate feedback to dial it in for any terrain.
HD Control Arms
Built for strength, performance and increased travel, these control arms are ready to bolt-in. The upper arms use 1.5″ OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct the ball joint positioning allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. The new lower control arms are built from high strength steel, fully boxed with internally gusseted. At the frame mounting ends are durometer-specific rubber bushings for maintenance-free operation while at the other end a quality greaseable ball joints for smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap ready for installation right out of the box.
